Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing EcoNāma (operated by SAFFRON SPECIALITY PAPERS LIMITED). We stand behind the quality and sustainable engineering of our stationery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Replacements

You have 7 calendar days to return or report an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

In the rare event that your notebooks arrive with manufacturing defects, print misalignments, or transit damage, please email us immediately at enquiry@saffronindia.net with:

• Your order number / invoice details.
• Photographic evidence of the damages or defects.
• A brief description of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement batch to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

3. Customized Bulk Orders

Please note that custom-designed orders (e.g., notebooks customized with school logos, specific page configurations, or custom corporate branding) are built specifically to your guidelines. Consequently, custom bulk orders cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a clear printing error or structural manufacturing defect that deviates from the approved project proof.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
