For custom printed or custom-built stationery projects (e.g., custom composition books or school filler paper), we require written client approval of a digital or physical product proof before initiating volume manufacturing. Once proof approval is received, the client is responsible for any errors or layout issues present in the approved proof.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

4. Intellectual Property
